Dr Bike is coming back to Discover Fulham
Get a free bike check with Dr Bike
Dr Bike will be coming back for the businesses, employees and residents of the Discover Fulham area.
Based at the entrance to Eel Brook Common on Effie Road from 12.00 to 14.30, the mechanic will be there on Tuesday 27th February and will be able to check over bikes, replacing brake blocks, brake/gear cables, checking chains, fixing punctures, tightening loose bits on the bikes, basically anything that’d take around 20 minutes. The labour is free and if the job requires more time/tools, the mechanic will give clear advice so that the bike owner can go to a shop confident about what the issue their bike has, and doesn’t find themselves being told they have to buy a new bike!
As part of a three month trial, Dr Bike will also visit on 26th March and again on the 30th April.
This service is being brought to the community in Fulham in a partnership between Discover Fulham and Hammersmith & Fulham Council.
